Local School Receives MAC’s Book Drive Donation!

In celebration of World Book Day, MAC launched a book drive in April to gather gently used children’s books (grades K-5) for G.E. Massey Elementary School in Lincoln County. The Employee Engagement Committee at MAC had the opportunity to donate all the collected books to the elementary school this week.
The book drive was a huge success, with a total of 127 books donated by our employees! These books will offer new reading opportunities for the students at G.E. Massey and contribute to their reading achievements. As MAC expands its “MAC Gives Back” initiative, we are proud to have assisted the children in our local community and are so thankful for our team’s generosity!

MAC Attends FAPA

MAC recruiting takes flight to the FAPA (Future and Active Pilot Advisors) Career Fair in Atlanta, GA. Our team engages with numerous pilots, sharing insights into careers at MAC and the innovative Purple Runway Program. The booth buzzes with activity, with a line of pilots eager to learn more about MAC opportunities. It’s a truly inspiring day, filled with meaningful connections and the chance to meet many talented individuals. With hopes high, we look forward to welcoming some of these exceptional individuals to the MAC family in the future.

From discussing job roles to sharing insights about the dynamic world of aviation, it was a day filled with inspiring conversations and promising connections. We left the career fair feeling energized and excited about the potential talent that we may have the pleasure of welcoming on board in the near future.

MAC and CSA investing in the future workforce

Ryan Conversi, Manager of Maintenance Administration recently was invited to do a presentation at North Dickinson County School by Rick Faust, the husband of CSA Air’s Operations Manager, Candie Faust. Ryan had the opportunity to speak to the students about the many employment opportunities at both MAC and CSA, and the pathway for them to work towards their A&P license. By fostering this partnership, MAC and CSA are not only investing in the future workforce but also inspiring young minds to explore their passions and achieve their goals in aviation.
