CSA hosts FedEx for Annual BT and Tech Audit

This past week, the Annual FedEx Business Transactions (BT) & Technical Audit was conducted at our offices at CSA Air in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This audit assessment is an in-depth review of the accuracy and efficiency regarding each financial transaction performed for our customer.

  • This also includes the accuracy of what we do each day:
  • Completing your expense reports on time and accurately.
  • Ensuring fuel tickets are turned in daily and error free.
  • Completing your invoices, work orders and repair orders precisely;
  • and Other equally important transactions for our customer.

“CSA is always a pleasure to deal with. Their high standards and professionalism show in all aspects of their business. Between Operations to Maintenance, it is always a breath of fresh air to talk to and do business with their tech team.” FedEx FAO Tech Services

National AMT Day

To commemorate National AMT Day on May 23, MAC, CSA, and WASI dedicated time to celebrate the hard-working and dedicated mechanics we are privileged to work with. With catered lunches and a special gift given to each mechanic, the day was filled with gratitude and celebration. A heartfelt thank you to our AMTs for ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft and services.

Local School Receives MAC’s Book Drive Donation!

In celebration of World Book Day, MAC launched a book drive in April to gather gently used children’s books (grades K-5) for G.E. Massey Elementary School in Lincoln County. The Employee Engagement Committee at MAC had the opportunity to donate all the collected books to the elementary school this week.
The book drive was a huge success, with a total of 127 books donated by our employees! These books will offer new reading opportunities for the students at G.E. Massey and contribute to their reading achievements. As MAC expands its “MAC Gives Back” initiative, we are proud to have assisted the children in our local community and are so thankful for our team’s generosity!
