ATR First Officer and Purple Runway Candidate Dennis Hacker represented MAC and CSA Air at a Purple Runway Takeover Day at Delta State University – Home of the “Flying Okra.”

Last week ATR First Officer and Purple Runway Candidate Dennis Hacker represented MAC and CSA Air at a Purple Runway Takeover Day at Delta State University – Home of the “Flying Okra.” Dennis, along with several representatives from FedEx shared information with the students about what it’s like to be a FedEx Feeder Pilot, and career opportunities available at FedEx via the Purple Runway Pathway Program. FedEx Pilot, Kevin Gaul (pictured third from right) is a former MAC pilot that participated in the Purple Runway Program during his time here. He is now a pilot at FedEx and will be upgrading to Captain at exactly 2 years from his hire date at FedEx. Great job Kevin!

“I wanted to thank Mountain Air Cargo for supporting our FedEx Takeover Day at Delta State University this week. Specifically, I want to extend a huge gratitude to Dennis for his contribution to the event and taking the time out of his day to speak to the entire student population within the Aviation Program. This program has been ongoing for 5 years, and it has been successful due to ambassadors like Dennis, that have supported the students and FedEx along the way.” – FedEx
