Candice Faust is the Senior Manager Operations, Talent Acquisition/Community Relations at CSA Air.

She joined the company in October 2006, beginning her aviation career as a Flight Follower. She has since held roles including Flight Following Manager, Operations Manager, Employee Engagement Specialist, and Recruiter.

Candice supports recruiting efforts across the organization and works closely with CSA Air’s sister company to strengthen community presence and employee engagement initiatives.
