Health, Vision and Dental Coverage
The health and welfare of our employees is incredibly important to us at CSA. Medical coverage options are available through Blue Cross Blue Shield –two different coverage options are available to best meet the needs of our employees and their families. Both medical options include a vision benefit. Our dental option is available through Delta Dental. Full time employees who have met the 30 day waiting period are eligible to participate.
CSA offers a retirement saving option to our team members through a 401(k) plan offering. CSA offers both pre-tax and Roth options with no waiting period to contribute and no waiting period to receive the generous company match. Full-time employees 21 years of age and up are eligible to participate.
Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD)
CSA provides Long Term Disability Insurance to all eligible full time employees at no cost. The coverage provides a 60% income replacement to employees who become unable to work due to illness after a 90-day period.
Short Term Disability Insurance (STD)
CSA offers an option to purchase Short Term Disability Insurance to all eligible full time employees. The coverage provides a 60% income replacement to employees who become unable to work due to illness after a 7-day period.
CSA provides Life Insurance to all eligible full time employees. The coverage provides a benefit of twice the employee’s base salary. Coverage options are also available for employees to purchase additional life insurance, dependent life insurance, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits.
Health Savings Account
CSA offers all eligible full time employees who participate in the high deductible health plan the option to also participate in a health savings account to allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out of pocket medical, vision, and dental expenses.
Flexible Spending Plan
CSA offers all eligible full time employees the option to participate in a flexible spending plan to allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out of pocket medical, vision, and dental, and child care expenses expenses.
CSA encourages and rewards employees to participating in healthy lifestyles, behavior, and activities. Employees are reimbursed monthly to help cover the costs of their healthy lifestyle – including gym membership reimbursements, home exercise equipment, participation in 5K’s, etc. CSA also offers a lower health care premium to those that meet certain wellness initiatives throughout the year.
Reimbursement for Flight Physicals
CSA reimburses flight crew members once per year for costs incurred with receiving their AME flight physicals.
CSA encourages our team members to continue their education pursuits. Eligible employees are reimbursed for completed coursework up to $1300 annually.
CSA will reimburse eligible employees for costs associated with the adoption of a child up to $2000 per child.
